Ingredients
| 16 Small | frozen chicken nuggets (or more) |
| 5 Tablespoon(s) | orange sauce (or as much to taste) |
| 2 Cup(s) | white, jasmine, or brown rice (cooked) |
| 1 Item(s) | large egg |
| 5 Tablespoon(s) | oil |
| 3 Tablespoon(s) | soy sauce |
| Item(s) | frozen veggies |
| 1/2 Teaspoon(s) | garlic salt |
| 1/2 Teaspoon(s) | onion salt |
| 1/2 Teaspoon(s) | celery salt |
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan, add frozen chicken. Cover and cook on med heat until chicken starts to brown, add orange sauce and stir together on low heat. Cover and turn off heat until rice is ready. Meanwhile, cook rice how you normally do. Once cooked, place rice in large pan, add soy sauce, egg, onion salt, celery salt, and garlice salt along with any veggies you might want (I like peas and carrots and green onions) but it tastes good without veggies if you are strapped for time. Cook rice and other ingredients for about 2 minutes on med heat, careful not to burn rice. Add some butter if it seems too dry. Serve rice with chicken on top, YUM!!!
