Yard Sales/Thrift Stores!!!!

If you don't go to yard sales or thrift stores regularly, you are missing out! We are on a very tight budget and have needed to be very cautious with our spending. I'm amazed at how many items in our house are from yard sales or thrift stores. Over half of my clothes and shoes are from these places too. I get name brand, good condition items that people are just tired of all the time. Some of my favorite yard sale items are a glass top table ($2.00), games & books ($.50) bunk-beds- free!

I've never really shopped yard sales until this year. I bought a play kitchen and little girl's vanity for $6 at one yard sale and another a Barbie grand hotel for $5. I love the deals I've found. Sometimes you just gotta stop and ask the price. You'd be surprised sometimes.

We shop as much as possible this way. Maybe momfaves could have a give away post place. We can post our children's clothes etc and others can arrage to get them.
