Ingredients

2 Teaspoon(s)oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 Cup(s)fresh or frozen broccoli florets
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 Pound(s)VELVEETA pasteurized prepared cheese product, cup up
3 Cup(s)hot cooked MINUTE white rice

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min., turning after 3-1/2 min.

    2.Add broccoli; stir. Stir in soup and Velveeta until well blended. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 7 min. or until chicken is cooked through.

    3.Serve over the hot cooked rice.

    Yield: 4 servings
