Creamy Pesto Chicken
This is a recipe for the Old Spaghetti Factory Creamy Pesto Salad Dressing. I have never actually used it as just a salad dressing.... I marinade it overnight and then cook it over chicken. It has been a huge hit every time!!

Ingredients
| 3/4 Cup(s) | Oil |
| 1 Cup(s) | Mayo |
| 3/4 Cup(s) | Buttermilk |
| 2 Tablespoon(s) | Grated Romano Cheese |
| 2 Tablespoon(s) | Crushed Dried Basil |
| 1/2 Teaspoon(s) | Salt |
| 1 | Clove Minced Garlic |
| 1/4 Teaspoon(s) | Paprika (optional - I don't use) |
| 4 | Skinless/Boneless Chicken Breasts |
| | Hot Pepper Sauce to taste |
Instructions
- Whisk together oil and mayonnaise.
- Add buttermilk, cheese, basil, salt, garlic and hot pepper sauce to taste. Mix thoroughly.
- Put Chicken in a 13X9 pan. Pour Dressing over Chicken.
- Cover and let flavors meld overnight in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 350. Cook for approx. 30 min. or when Chicken is done.
