Earlier this year I took up running at the ripe old age of 44. I experienced all sorts of aches and pains which I figured I was just something I was going to have to live with until I, somewhat naively, decided to enter a trail race. Let's just say it didn't go well. After the race I could barely walk and spent more than 2 weeks in intense pain. I tried my primary care physician, who just threw totally useless anti-inflammatories at me, and even braved acupuncture needles for the first time in my life. Nothing helped. I hadn't been to a chiropractor since I was teenage because I don't like being popped. But I was desperate enough to try anything and when Dr. Thomas posted a special offer on FaceBook I couldn't resist. After just one session, my pain subsided and I could run again. After two, the pain was completely gone. Now, several sessions later, all the assorted aches and pains I thought I had to live with are gone as well. I met Dr. Thomas in July of this year after a slip injury. He is such a wonderful, caring, personal, amazing doctor! Not only is he my doctor but he is now our friend and we couldnt be more blessed to know him. He takes very good care of his patients and promotes steady healing and education about your injury. The office is family oriented and Mirna at the front desk is wonderful! Hes even come in on a day off if ive needed an adjustment...what doctor does that?! I use to suffer weekly migrains and since i began my treatment (which was actually for an injury to my lower back) I rarely have headaches Im so thankful for that! I absolutely recommend this amazing doctor you wont be disappointed!

I have been to many chiropractors through the years from Los Gatos to Rocklin but I have NEVER met a doctor who took such a in depth look into my history, asked me the questions, took the x-rays, explained in detail the treatment and in the end helped my migraines and nerve damage tremendously!!!!! I cannot tell you how many times he has come in early, came in after hours to adjust my neck due to the severe pain I was in from a migraine. I am able to walk out his door and not have to go to Kaiser for an injection, I can go home and rest. Thank you Dr. Thomas for your miracle hands, we appreciate them and you!
