Josh's Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette

I am almost embarrassed to submit this because it is so simple, but we are the house of salad and everyone always asks us how to make our dressing - so here it is. We are not garlic and onion lovers, so this may be bland for some, but just be creative and add what you like. And on a side note: the best thing to add to a salad is toasted pine nuts. YUM!

One of my favorites! For those mamas feeling a little crazy grate a small close of garlic and add some dijon mustard. The mustard emulsifies the dressing and helps it stick to the lettuce.
