Monachew
This yummy cereal and peanut butter snack is perfect to take camping, on a picnic or day trip, to any get-together occasion. It is one of my boys' favorites and a highly requested item by my friends. It can be frozen if sealed well.

Ingredients
| 1 Cup(s) | Light Karo syrup |
| 1 Cup(s) | Sugar |
| 1 Cup(s) | Peanut butter |
| 3 Cup(s) | each--cheerios, rice Krispies, Chex (any flavor) |
Instructions
- Combine the Light Karo syrup and sugar in a 1 1/2 quart saucepan. Heat, stirring constantly, to a rolling boil.
- Remove from heat and mix in the peanut butter.
- In a separate large bowl, combine the 3 types of cereal. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the cereal mixture and stir to coat the cereal well.
- Pour the Monachew out on two sheets of waxed paper to cool. (This is where I start munching. It is so good warm.) When completely cooled, place in a tightly sealed container. (I kind of crumble it up as I store it.)
