Locks of Love

Locks of Love is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada under age 18 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis. We meet a unique need for children by using donated hair to create the highest quality hair prosthetics. Most of the children helped by Locks of Love have lost their hair due to a medical condition called alopecia areata, which has no known cause or cure.

Both of my girls have cut their hair this year for lock of love. I am so proud of them.

I often call myself a hair farm for Locks of Love. I grow my hair out for the sole purpose of donating and love what they're doing.

I have participated with LOL for several years. My hair is still growing from the last donation and once it reaches the required length I will do it all over again. This is truly a worthy cause.
