1880 Train Ride Through the Black Hills

Located near Mt. Rushmore National Memorial and Crazy Horse Memorial, the locomotive offers a western experience like no other. Feel the power. Hear the bellow of the engine and the whine of the whistle as it winds its way through the scenic hills between Hill City and Keystone... and back again.

Story:We took this trian right to Keystone South Dakota to do some shopping and it was the most wonderful experience. it's a 2 hour round trip through the Black Hills on a passenger train used in 1880. We rode in the original train cars and enjoyed it so much! If you're planning a trip to Mount Rushmore any time soon, go to Hill City, which is close by and ride this train. It's $22.00 for age 13 and over and children 3 to 12 are $12.00. Children under 3 ride free.
