Pioneer Woman Cooks Chocolate Chip Cookies
It has taken me FOREVER to find "the" chocolate chip cookie recipe and THIS is it. Although here is a tip from her recipe I accidentally one day put in
1/2 cup shortening and
1/2 cup butter, softened
INSTEAD OF what it called for
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup butter, softened
and it was even better!!
Pioneer Woman Cooks is the best.
and yes I use all organic ingredients and freeze half the batch
