Ingredients
| 3 | chicken breasts |
| 1/4 Cup(s) | green onions chopped |
| 1/4 Cup(s) | cilantro chopped |
| 3 Tablespoon(s) | Hoisin sauce |
| 1 | head of green lettuce or romaine lettuce |
Instructions
- boil or grill chicken until done, let cool. Shred with a fork. Add hoisin sauce, onions, and cilantro and mix. Add as much hoisin sauce as you like, enough to make it moist but not runny or too "saucy." Wrap in lettuce and enjoy! Great with my homemade wontons recipe.
