I have used this book with ALL 3 of my children. They co-slept until they were 1 and then moved to their own rooms and beds! This book SAVED me!!

I was going to put a post on with the same info regarding this book, my son is 3 years old and has slept through the night since he was 4 months. We have a new little girl and she is 1 month and we can't wait till she reaches 4 months to start her on the sleep program. We swear by this book - it is a life saver!!
