This is Unfried Tradition. My husband has been eating this special addition of the Bisquick Coffee Cake since he was little. :) (We double the topping from the original recipe)

Ingredients
| 2/3 Cup(s) | Original Bisquick |
| 2/3 Cup(s) | Brown Sugar |
| 1 Teaspoon(s) | Cinnamon |
| 4 Tablespoon(s) | Firm Butter |
| 2 Cup(s) | Original Bisquick |
| 2/3 Cup(s) | Milk or Water |
| 2 Tablespoon(s) | Sugar |
| 1 Item(s) | Egg |
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F. Grease pan that you would like to use. The pan I usually like to use is 8.5 by 11. In small bowl, stir streusel ingredients until crumbly (Bisquick, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Butter - Recipe has already be doubled); set aside.
- In medium bowl, mix coffee cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with streusel. You can either sprinkle all the topping on top OR what we do is make half of the topping into little balls that we push into the batter and then sprinkle the remaining on top. :) (This is why we double the topping!)
- Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Serve Warm.
