Jenn's pasta salad
This is a great and easy pasta salad, to be served cold as a side dish. However, you can add grilled chicken to it in order to make it a meal.

Ingredients
| 1 | box of corkscrew pasta |
| 1 Cup(s) | sweet corn |
| 1/4 Cup(s) | diced cilantro |
| 1/4 Cup(s) | diced sweet red onion (optional) |
| 1/2 Cup(s) | diced olives |
| 1 1/2 Cup(s) | balsalmic vinegar |
| 1/4 Cup(s) | olive oil |
| | salt/pepper to taste |
Instructions
- Cook pasta fully, drain and rinse in cold water. Add corn, cilantro, onion, olives and toss. In a separate bowl mix olive oil and balsalmic vinegar. Add mixture to pasta and salt/pepper to taste. Best if refrigerated for 1 hour before serving.
