July 17, 2008 at 10:01 PM Hey Ali, great question, the zip code search on the site is based on the location of the mom who submits it. Any and all faves you submit (at this point) will show up in your zip code. We are working on localizing the place fave type, but that may take some time. Feel free to submit it as a place too, some fave types definitely overlap and it would never hurt to submit under two types of faves. Does that help at all?~~Josh |

July 9, 2008 at 10:10 AM Ali I say your post about chats and advice. I use mammasource www.mammasource.com for that. Also facebook is good too. You can join a specific group and get advice there. I would think we could start a group here such as gardening and post questions and get advice here too. |

June 3, 2008 at 10:57 AM Ali! Thanks for the zip code search suggestion. We implemented it yesterday. Obviously, the value of this feature will increase as the site content in your area increases. Right now, the zip search will only include results from moms in the zip code you enter. Let me know what you think of it. Thanks agian! ~~Josh |

June 2, 2008 at 10:01 PM Hi Ali, I just wrote this on Bethany's profile, but also wanted to let you know about it.... we have put in a zip code search. I don't know your zip code, but if they put in your zip code and search Gold Canyon nothing will show up since my listing for Gold Canyon will only show up in my area - If we all have a listing for Gold Canyon, they will be able to see all 3 if they just click on that catagory, but still that will be good for them to have the option of working with whoever is closest. :) So I think that you should put in a product fave for Gold Canyon. May 28, 2008 at 11:45 PM Hi Ali, Eventually we are going to have a search by zip code, so I totally think that you should submit yourself as a Demonstrator, as a service and as a product. Also you can put your email for Gold Canyon on your profile, maybe under interests. Eventually the search feature will search everything, not just the fave details. |

I love them, but I pretty much spend all my money that I make on buying new candles for myslef!! Do you have a Gold Canyon website? We can put it on my post for Gold Canyon or you can make your own post - That way people will have a choice if they want someone that lives close to them. |
